Our principal aim within the company is to set out a systematic framework for every project to ensure we identify any potential problems, implement strategies to counteract thus prevent them from occuring.

Accreditation
We currently hold electrical contractors’ licenses in WA, SA, NT and NSW.
We are members of NECA, the leading body representing contractors’ interests in Australia. NECA provides us with support in areas such as legal, access to standards, IR matters and technical support.
Our team are highly qualified in multiple disciplines such as HV switching, hazardous areas, open cabling, rigging, machine operations and much more. A copy of our skills matrix is available on request.

Equipment
HEC have an expansive in house fleet of plant and equipment available to service our clients’ needs. Our fleet has been specifically tailored with the latest safety features in mind to meet even the most stringent of construction site requirements.
Design, Procurement & Estimating
We work as a tightly knit team with a group of likeminded professionals to ensure seamless understanding of our brief and scope. We have access to a trusted panel of engineers, CAD designers and estimators in addition to our own experience in the industry. We have an excellent network of suppliers and manufacturers to support and advise through every step of the build process.
Quality Assurance
Quality Assurance is one of our specialities. We have developed QA plans, ITPs, checksheets and progress trackers for many projects. We specialise in closing off Works To Go and Punchlisting activities. We can develop, implement and complete whatever systems are required to ensure successful walk downs, handovers and acceptance. If your project has lost its way, please call us and we will help to close it off.
Labour hire
We have a pool of experienced managers, engineers, supervisors, electricians, machine operators and trade assistants available to mobilise at short notice.
